| Accurel Direct super concentrates are the ideal delivery system for lubricants, slip, antistatic agents and other thermally stable polymer additives. Pelleted concentrates are utilized by polymer producers, compounders, and processors worldwide. Until now processors wishing to use a liquid or paste-like additive had to settle for relatively low additive concentrations. Conventional compounding is usually limited to 5 - 20 % active loading, but Accurel Systems unique proprietary process produces ultra-high loadings of 50 - 80 % that remain stable, dry, and easy to dose. | |||
| Accurel Direct products are more economical to use than conventional concentrates and the higher additive loading means processors buy less foreign resins. As the additive is predispersed in the Accurel Direct product, typically less additive is required in the final product than compared to pure additive dosing. Accurel Direct concentrates are the most efficient and practical way of incorporating difficult to handle additives into plastics. | |||
