MircoPES™ TF10 capillary membranes are produced in a SIPS process (solvent induced phase separation) from Polyethersulfone (PES) with Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) added for ideal balance between wettability and biocompatibility.

The MicroPES™ TF10 capillary membranes are hydrophilic in nature. Their asymmetric pore structure offers a perfect balance between highly selective filtration characteristics and high fluxes with minimized flux barriers.

MircoPES™ TF10 capillary membranes are used in plasmapheresis (plasma donation, plasma separation, concentration of blood cells, plasma fractionation) and blood donation (homologous and autologous blood donation, blood salvage).
